1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online ticket sales platform available at https://tickets.dealdoneserbia.com/en/platforma (hereinafter: the “Platform”).

The operator of the Platform is:

(hereinafter: the “Provider”).

By using the Platform and completing a purchase, the user confirms that they have read and agree to:

these General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy.

Before placing an order, the user must tick the confirmation box:
“I agree to the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.”

2. Subject Matter

The Platform enables the online purchase of tickets for events.

The sales contract is concluded at the moment the payment is successfully completed.

3. Purchase Procedure

The purchase process consists of:

  • selecting an event,

  • selecting tickets,

  • entering the buyer’s details,

  • reviewing the order,

  • clicking the “Complete Purchase” button,

  • making the payment,

  • receiving the electronic ticket.

The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information before completing the purchase.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed during checkout.

5. Electronic Tickets

Tickets are delivered to the buyer’s email address.

Each ticket contains a unique identifier and is valid for a single entry only.

Copying or reselling tickets is prohibited.

6. Refunds and Withdrawal from the Contract

After the purchase has been completed, refunds are not possible.

In accordance with Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), consumers do not have the right to withdraw from contracts for services related to leisure activities when a specific date of performance is agreed.

Tickets cannot be:

  • returned,

  • exchanged,

  • refunded.

In the event of cancellation of an event, the organizer may, at its sole discretion, provide:

  • a refund,

  • an alternative date,

  • credit,

  • ticket exchange.

7. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to:

  • change the date,

  • change the venue,

  • change the programme,

  • cancel the event.

The Provider shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by visitors.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for:

  • internet connection failures,

  • technical issues on the user’s side,

  • email service failures,

  • lost or stolen tickets,

  • errors made by third-party payment service providers.

9. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The content of the Platform is protected by copyright, the holder of which is WPM d.o.o.

11. Complaints and Disputes

Users may submit complaints to the postal address specified in Article 1 of these Terms and Conditions.

The Provider shall make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

The court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.

12. Validity of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 18 May 2026.
